Ed Schwind is the owner of QED Embedded in Fargo, ND which specializes in embedded systems software as well as cloud services and software. QED Embedded is the preferred partner for all software related engineering, both in support of Signum devices as well as data management and visualization. QED Embedded is also a certified Verizon Partner and can provide cellular-based data communications using hardware co-developed and certified in partnership with Amber Waves Electronics.
Doug Hauck is an owner of Amber Waves Electronics which is a full-service electronics design and manufacturing facility located in Richardton, ND. Amber Waves is utilized for any custom hardware required by Signum’s customers. In addition, Amber Waves has developed a relationship with Iridium, a satellite data services provider, allowing Signum to offer satellite connectivity to remote locations.
